Installing I-Load for Premise and Hosted Based Clients

For premise based clients: 

Client must be on version 6.0 or higher

Go to a command line and type in CRTLIB SCNEWBIZ

DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THEY HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR I-LOAD

 

For hosted based clients: 

Client must be on version 6.0 or higher

Go to a command line and type in CRTLIB SCNEWBIZxx (xx = 2 character database id)

DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THEY HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR I-LOAD

 

NOTE: If any issues with missing files we need to transmit and restore the sav file - savnewbiz

go to command line type in CRTSAVF FILE(SCINSTALL/SAVNEWBIZ) hit enter

transmit this sav file to client

put command for transmitting:

put scinstall/savnewbiz.savnewbiz scinstall/savnewbiz.savnewbiz

once transmitted go to command line on client's system and type in:

RSTOBJ OBJ(*ALL) SAVLIB(SCNEWBIZFL) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(SCINSTALL/SAVNEWBIZ) MBROPT(*ALL) ALWOBJDIF(*ALL) RSTLIB(SCDATA)

 

make sure message says 

22 security or data format changes occurred

NOTE: You must talk to Ranjan if the client is hosted
