Disposition by phone type became available in release RMEx 2.2 -
Prior to 2.2, a smart code could have been applied to an account based on the disposition code. However, we did not apply a smart code based on the phone code. If you have upgraded to RMEx 2.2, a smart code can be applied based on the phone code that was called. So, if the disposition code is a no answer and you called phone code H, you may want to continue calling this number until you get a connect. However, if you called an 'N' for 'nearby' and got a no answer, you may want to apply a different smart code so that you only try this several times.
