Account Qualifies for Multiple Letter Translations by Description Code

Letter translation table by description code system controls - The system reads the description codes on an account from left to right and will  make the decision on the 1st description code that qualifies for the table.

E.g.

• You have a letter that has 01 and BK description codes set up for it  
• An account has the BK in the 3rd description code field and the 01 in the 10 description code field
• The BK translation will take place
