Letter Translation

LETTER TRANSLATION

Presently, when there is a letter translation, we stop looking for other possible translations. For example, if there is a client translation, we will not do a letter translation by description code, based on a description code on the account. Description codes are often used for language translation. As an example, you should be able to do a translation by client, and then, translate that letter into Spanish, based on a description code. You can now do this!

On the Description Codes system control file, there is a new option,

RMEx Main Menu - -> Opt.1. System control menu - - > Opt.16. Description codes --> Opt.1. Description code – (Select/Insert a description code)

Language translation (Y) _

This option will allow translation based on the specified description code, even if another translation had taken place.
