Letter Translation - Priority List for Accounts that Qualify for more than 1 Letter Translation Table

The system will determine the translation table to use based on the below priority:

•  Priority 1: Location code
•  Priority 2: State
•  Priority 3: Client#, Client group# or Letter translation code (from client master)
•  Priority 4: Collector code
•  Priority 5: Description code

Note: The translation happens only once... Once it is translated, it will not go back to see if that letter can be translated to another letter.
