There are a couple of reasons that a campaign may show blank fields.
If the fields appear blank when the campaign is started or stopped:
The ODBC connection has been broken
- This will occur if the password has been changed or has expired
- You are experiencing network problems
Note: Always set the user ID ITELODBC field "Set password to expired" to *NO
If the fields appear blank when the campaign is stopped only:
- This is normal. There are a few fields that will appear blank while the campaign is running but when it is stopped the fields will be populated.
