Campaign Rebuild Queue Option

Rebuild queue option in I-Tel

This option was originally intended to move accounts selected for a campaign to the mini queue file but this process is handled through the account list for audit, special transfers and Q consolidations now. So, there is no need to utilize this option when moving accounts to a campaign unless you have custom code that would alter the SCCQUE file. It may be that you have custom code that would modify this file after the mini queues have already been built for the campaigns through the nightly process. In this event, you would need to rebuild your campaigns before starting them.
