Stopping System Generated QCats

Enter a “Y” in the field "stop system-generated QCats" (system control menu - system parameters) to “turn off” the system generated QCats

• This stops all system-generated QCat codes from being created with the exception of:

1. QCat 991 - Cell phone only
2. QCat 992 - No phones
3. QCat 993 - Skips
4. QCat 998 - Dialer holds 

• QCat 998 will be created if a dialer has been set up and special description codes are used to stop accounts from being sent to this dialer
• If the system-generated QCat codes are stopped, the accounts will appear in the appropriate processing type within the standard QCat (000)
