Sending Letters with a Zero Balance or a “S” (Stop Mail) in Return Mail

RMEx has a method of sending letters on debtors accounts, even with a zero balance or an “S” (stop mail) in the "return mail flag" field.

In the letter code option there are two fields:
"Allow in contact series (Y,A)"
"Allow as selected letter (Y,A)"
An "A" in either of these fields will send a letter, even if there is a zero balance or there is a "S" in the return mail Flag.
