For disasters or other reasons you need to halt:
- Smart code series (May show on the account with blank sequence)
- Contact Series (May show on the account with blank sequence)
- Work call
- Area Code option keeps accounts from going to work queues.
Within the RMEx State options there are options to take these stop them by:
- Zip code
- Area Code
You will find this option from System Control Menu 2> State options> F7> "State/Area Code Warnings and special Zip Codes"
NOTE: Once the situation is resolved, by undoing the settings created in the Disaster Area controls, RMEx will resume processing any actions that were halted.
