LetterLogic - ReturnLogic File Layout

Quantrax requires a special layout for the LetterLogic ReturnLogic File. LetterLogic must furnish the file in the below layout. If you experience a problem processing the ReturnLogic, please compare the file received with the below layout and if it is not correct, contact LetterLogic:

The first 8 fields come from the Letter file that was created by RMEx and sent to LetterLogic. The RMEx will compare these fields to the current fields on the account to decide if the account should be updated and how it should be updated:

• Field 1 - Account ID (company code + case number) (ex.01987654321)
• Field 2 - Consumer name
• Field 3 - Address2 (Consumer street address)
• Field 4 - Address3 (Consumer extra address)
• Field 5 - Consumer City
• Field 6 - Consumer State
• Field 7 - Consumer Zip Code
• Field 8 - Consumer ZipCode+4
• Field 9 - NewAddress1 (street and extra address)
• Field 10 -  NewAddress2 (city)
• Field 11 -  NewAddress3 (state)
• Field 12 -  NewAddress4 (zip)
• Field 13 -  JOBID
• Field 14 -  Record Date
• Field 15 -  Company
• Field 16 -  Move Type
• Field 17 -  Mail Piece ID
• Field 18 -  Deliverability Code
• Field 19 -  Move Effective Date
• Field 20 -  Address indicator
