LetterLogic NCOA Update File

Quantrax requires a special layout for the LetterLogic NCOA File. LetterLogic must furnish the file in the below layout. If you experience a problem processing the NCOA, please compare the file received with the below layout and if it is not correct, contact LetterLogic:

• Field 1 - Letter code 
• Field 2 - Account ID  (company code + case number) (ex.01987654321)
• Field 3 - Consumer name
• Field 4 - Address2 (Consumer extra address)
• Field 5 - Address3 (Consumer street address)
• Field 6 - Consumer City
• Field 7 - Consumer State
• Field 8 - Consumer Zip Code
• Field 9 - Consumer ZipCode+4
• Field 10 -  Mail Flag
• Field 11 -  DPV Code
• Field 12 -  Address indicator
• Field 13 -  File name
• Field 14 -  Processing date
