If all the contact series letters were not printed, first check these items:
- Check if the contact series has completed. If the contact series sequence on the 2nd detail screen is "9" the series is complete or has been stopped
- If the contact series has not completed, the "next sequence date" will show the date for the next action. Double check to make sure the letter was earmarked for that sequence pending
- If the contact series has been stopped, investigate the reason for that action. The series could have been stopped because of linked accounts, a payment or a smart code being applied
- Check to make sure the field "send with phones" has a "Y" in it
- Letters could have been stopped because the letter translation tables specified that letters should not be generated for certain clients or in specific states
- Letters could have been stopped because the account is in a disaster area. Check the disaster area options
