- When a contact series is changed, it does not take effect on an account immediately.
The Account ALREADY calculated when the next date an action will take place.
AFTER that action it will look at the Contact Series to calculate the action for the next sequence. - Therefore, it depends on the sequence or field that is changed and what sequence the account currently resides in. E.g. If an account is in sequence 2 and you make a change to sequence 3 or higher then the account will reflect the change because the account has not been flagged with those sequences yet. But if you make a change to sequence 2 the account will not reflect the change because the system has already flagged the account with the previous rules.

So the account HAS TAKEN the Sequence #3 action, and stays in Sequence 3 UNTIL the "Next" date of 3/12/25 when it can move on to Seq. #4 etc.
