Credit Reporting Eligibility Date

The credit reporting eligibility date (GCREPD) located in SCACCT is:

• Assigned by the initial contact series at time of load
• Calculated as placement date + contact series credit reporting delay field (For Medical clients the CCT # of days is used)
• Cannot be changed

Note: If the contact series credit reporting delay field is "blank" the placement date is used

NOTE: Changing the Contact Series "credit reporting delay" field after an account has been loaded to the system will NOT change that accounts eligibilty date.
