Retroactive Smart Code Series

A smart code series can be set up to use the date the account was placed to make the 1st sequence (or action) take place

• A “Y” in the field “use placement date for first seq# (Y)” will tell the system to look at the placement date on the account and calculate the number of days listed in the 1st sequence field and apply the smart code accordingly
• The smart code series will then progress as normal
