Applying and Seeing Future Smart Codes

This option is used to have the system apply a specific Smart Code a certain number of days from now (or whenever the original Smart Code is processed). 

When the original Smart Code is applied, the account number, the "future" Smart Code and the "future" number days are saved on a file.

• During the day, the system will check the "future date" against today's date to determine if any future Smart Codes should be applied.
• During the nightly processing, the system will check the "future date" against the next work date to determine if any future Smart Codes should be applied.
• Key in ?F in the smart code field on the account detail screen. This will display a window with the pending smart codes in date sequence.

NOTE: If the number of days is left blank, the system will process the Smart code immediately.
