Transitioning To the Variable File Format for Letters

Below are the guidelines for transitioning from your current vendor letter file format to the new vendor variable file format:

1. Send a project request to Quantrax requesting the variable file modifications to your current letter processing.

NOTE: Be sure to tell them you would like to continue to produce your current letter file as well as the new variable file in order to NOT interrupt your current letter processing during the testing phase

1. Send a current copy of your letters to your new vendor so they can begin working on the design of the letter
2. Send the variable layout to the new vendor
3. Create a test file and send to your new vendor

NOTE: You need to allow a minimum of 30 days for letter design and testing with your new vendor
