Payment Arrangement Reminder/Late Letters are not Printing

If payment arrangement letters are not printing check the following:

• Has the payment arrangements parameters (system control menu - payment arrangements) been set up to send reminders and/or late letters 
• Are the accounts showing on the "letter failed" report
• Are the payment arrangement or letter processing options omitted from nightly processing
• Did the debtor make their current installment before the reminder was suppose to generate (the system will not send a reminder if there is no installment due)
• There must be at least 4 days between the payment due date and the reminder generation date in order for a reminder to generate (the system will not generate a reminder if there is not enough time for the debtor to receive it by the due date)
