Creating a Variable Test File for Letters

Once the Variable file code is installed on your system, during the nightly process the letter printing program will begin to create files in both the new variable file format and in your current file format. These files will contain all letters generated during the day.

• You will process your current vendor file as normal so letter production does not stop.
• The variable file should only be used for testing purposes until you are ready to go live.
