Recreating a Letter File

• To recreate a letter file that may have been accidently cleared or corrupted:
• Type in UT in the ready for option field or select Utilities Menu from the GUI tree view
• Select the option - Re-run all letters for a date range (uses next working date)
• You will be prompted for a date range. This is date range should be the date range for when the letters should have processed the first time (uses next work date from nightly).

Ex. If the letters should have generated during the nightly on May 5th. The May 5th nightly is set up with a next work date of May 6th. You would key in the date as 050615 to 050615.

• Enter the date range and hit enter
