Using the Smart Code Feature Change Worker Code Using Work Group Code
When using a smart code to change the worker code on a group of accounts by sending those accounts to a work group. These accounts will be distributed evenly, and not based on the case limits setup at the "collector update" menu.
In other words the field "case limit" on the "collector update" screen is based on owner, and not worker.
If you want to distribute more accounts to a particular worker, you can put that same worker code more than one time in the work group code you create. If that worker code is in there twice, they will get two times as many accounts as someone whose code is there only once.
