Stopping a User from Changing Owner/Collector Codes

•  The ability to manually change owner/collector codes on an account, without using a smart code, is controlled by the "close accounts (YCN)" field (system control menu – system security)
•  When there is a "Y" in the "close accounts (YCN)" field, the user will be allowed to manually change the owner, worker and split collector codes on the account
• Note: A "Y" in collector updates" will override the what you have in the 'close accounts" field.
