You can remove more than 3 description codes by setting them up with as a description code group. This feature allows you to remove up to 20 description codes.
- Go to the system controls for description codes and take option description code group
- Create a user defined code and add all the description codes you want removed
- Then go to the smart code, page 6 and add the description code group to the field - Desc.code group to remove
