Warning Message is Appearing when Taking Information Purge Option

If the following message appears when you take the "information purge" option this means someone did not take the "delete purge work files" option the last time a purge was ran.

     Press enter to continue    
          or F7 to exit         

Options:

• Press enter and continue with your purge (message will appear for each purge file-press enter) which will add the new purge records to the existing file (we do not recommend this-see KB artcle - options used when purging accounts).
• Press F7 and take the option to delete purge work files (make sure you have the backup from the previous purge before you do this-if unsure, run backup 1st)

Note: xx=company number
