Files that are Included in the Purge Work Files Back Up Option

When you run this option, the files that are backed up are:

• SCACCT - Account master file  
• SCACCT1 - Other information file
• SCACCT2- Medical information file
• SCNOTE - Note file
• SCPAYM - Payment master file

NOTE: When you run the Purge work files backup we prompt you to initialize (write over) or add to existing file. We recommend you add to in case you need to access the purge data at a later date. Depending on which option you use, you can either query that file or restore your backup tape from that purge to a different library
