Enable retry management – If you want to try non connects (busies – no answers) more than once, you will need to check this field.
Pool callbacks if agent is unavailable & Pool callbacks on retry are not features we are using. They are basically timed recalls that we are handling thru RMEx & I-Tel. Please do not check these as they could slow your campaigns down.
Deliver application data as xml – is not in use. Leave this field.
