The Omit and Include QCat Options on Queue Consolidations

The below options on the queue consolidation features use the QCat that appears in the account processing information box located on the F10 audit notes screen. This QCat may not be the QCat that appears on the account detail screen. The QCat may have been previously changed by other consolidations or send to user ID features processed on the same day.

• QCat's other than 000 (optional)
• Omit QCat 000 (Y)
• QCat's to omit (optional)
