Foreign Addresses and Sending a Letter

To be able to send mail to a foreign address, and by-pass the address checking built into RMEx.
At the letter code there is a field called "bypass address checking (Y), a "Y" in this field will allow you send mail to an address that otherwise would be rejected in the nightly.
