Smart Codes are not Updating

This will address the basic things to look for. There are more specific Q&A entries that you can look for.

1) Is the smart code program running? To verify, work with active jobs. From a command line, type in WRKACTJOB and press enter. If you are at a ready for option on a menu, type in DA. Once in the active jobs, look under subsytem Qbatch and you should see "SMARTCODE", if you don't see it, go to the daily operations menu and take option # 19.

2) If you are making decisions based on the selection criteria, make sure that the smart code is finding what it is looking for.
