Warn or Alert a User Entering in a Payment

You can alert a payment entry operator about an account by using a warning description code.
Note: RMEx will look at all the linked accounts.and will warn the user if any of the accounts have this description code.

To do this you will need to create a description code (main menu--> system control--> description codes). The field "discription" is the text the person entering the payment will see.

Next go to the system parameters option (main menu--> system control menu--> system parameters), and place that description code in the field "warn payment entry".

When the user attempts to put a payment on an account with this description code, they will see a warning box with the discription of the description code, that they must enter though to be able to post this payment.
This will also put a note on the Posting edit report.
