Different Methods of Re-Opening Accounts

Accounts can be reopened using two features within a smart code. One feature is the option "open linked cases" while the other uses the "close account" field within the actions in the decisions section of a smart code. The "close account" field can contain a close code or the special characters * or / to open an account. Please refer to the Help text for more details.
