Controlling Smart Code Application by User Id

Once a smart code has been created, it may be necessary to stop certain users from applying that smart code. In the system security, there is a feature called "special authority". This is a code from "A" through "Z". On a smart code, there is a field called "special authority needed". If a smart code requires a special authority of "C", only a user with a "special authority" of "C" or above (C through Z) will be allowed to apply that smart code.

NOTE: If the Smart code is set up with a blank in the "special authority needed" field, anyone can use.
