There is an option on the (system control menu 2 – state options) which allows you to set up rules for individual states.
- If the debtor is located in one of these states, the system will present special warning screens before the account detail screen is displayed.
- This option does not stop accounts from being sent to the dialer. This must be stopped by closing the account, applying a description code or through a feature on the dialer which is able to block calls based on state or area code.
NOTE: Third Party Dialers and programs: State Rules and other compliance measures may not apply to third party standalone dialers and software's that are NOT integrated with RMEx.
