Stopping Phone Calls to Certain States

State options menu: You can make a state a "Closed state" by adding a Y to the field "Close accounts".  A Y here will mask the phone numbers on an account based on the state address and if the area code for the number belongs to that state. 

•  If the debtor is located in one of these states, the system will present special warning screens before the account detail screen is displayed.
•  This option does not stop accounts from being sent to the dialer. This must be stopped by closing the account, applying a description code or through a feature on the dialer which is able to block calls based on state or area code.

NOTE: Third Party Dialers and programs: State Rules and other compliance measures may not apply to third party standalone dialers and software's that are NOT integrated with RMEx.
