The Smart Code Series

A smart code series is a way to automate the application of smart codes.

• Smart codes are applied a specified number of days apart 
• A smart code series can be automatically started for all accounts based on the way the client master is set up
• A smart code series can also be started by a smart code being applied to the account

Some uses of this feature would be:

• To periodically check an account to make sure it was being worked
• To close an account and return it to the client after a certain number of days, provided there was no potential to collect the account
• To keep an account out the collectors work queues

Note: A followup date will over ride the smart code series. IF there is a follow up date on the account, it will present to the collector even if there is a smart code series.
