Sending One Letter for Multiple Accounts

• One client may place many accounts for the same debtor on the same day. The contact series option "limit letters generated per day" allows you to send one letter referencing the different accounts. This feature works in conjunction with the "Y" merge codes in the letter format. This same feature also allows you to send one letter if there are different accounts placed at different times for the same debtor, and they are in the contact series at the same time
• The "X" merge codes allows a group of linked accounts to be referenced by individual clients and summarized by client name and client balance
