If a campaign finishes (goes to zero accounts remaining) and does not send a message to the agents that the campaign has ended it means the “end of list behavior” is not set up on the I-Tel server.
- Go to the softdial campaign manager
- Select the campaign name
- Click properties
- Click the general tab
- Select “stop campaign”
- Apply changes
