Campaign has Ended but did not Send a Message to the Agents

If a campaign finishes (goes to zero accounts remaining) and does not send a message to the agents that the campaign has ended it means the “end of list behavior” is not set up on the I-Tel server. 

  •  Go to the softdial campaign manager 
  •  Select the campaign name 
  •  Click properties 
  •  Click the general tab 
  •  Select “stop campaign” 
  •  Apply changes
