IVR Campaign Disposition Codes

IVR campaign

Disposition code 33 is applied when a message is left on an answering machine.

Disposition code 106 is applied when you get a live connect and the script is played in its entirety.

Disposition code 107 is applied if the debtor hangs up during the script.

Disposition code 120 is created/applied when you are running an IVR campaign and the script does not complete normally.
