Recommendations for Skip Tracer's Smart Codes

Even though there are no requirements for how you set up the skip tracer’s smart codes, for the best results we recommend the following: 

• Return the account to the owner or change to another worker so they will be removed from the skip tracing queue 
• Reset contacts in order to accurately monitor contacts made after the account was skip traced 
• Add a description code that you can use to ensure the same accounts do not go back to the skip tracing queue when selecting new accounts
