Account has a future Close Date

The contact series processing uses the next work date that is set up in the nightly processing system controls. If you use the close account after completion (Y,A) field, accounts closed with this feature could show a future close date. This will only happen if the following is true:

• Nightly processing appears in active jobs 

and 

• Contact series processing is ran manually

To avoid this issue, do not run contact series processing manually, allow it to be processed during the nightly processing.
