Options Used for Running RMEx Backups

1) You can automate the backup in the nightly process by leaving the field “file backup” blank (daily operations menu - start nightly processing). This option backs up all RMEx data and libraries 

2) You can manually back up the RMEx data using the (daily operations menu - backup RMEx files)

3) You can manually back up the RMEx libraries (special options menu - save RMEx libraries). All the RMEx libraries will be backed up using this option. The libraries can be backed up but still need a dedicated system. This backup takes around a half an hour depending on the type of tape drive installed  

We have it from different menus in case your user as access to only one of those menus and need to perform this backup.
