DNC Numbers

There may be some confusion with regard to the DNC list and how accounts with a number on the DNC list are presented...

The SCCQUE file gets created in the nightly. This is a file of accounts eligible to be called/worked..the workmaps are created from this file.

If an account has a number on the DNC list, and is eligible to be worked, the account will appear in the SCCQUE file. However, the account will be in the file without the number from the DNC list. So, the account can be presented to the agent since there may be alternate numbers on the account and it is simply time to work the account again. It can then be called.through manual, preview, power, etc.

Note-
If we don't show account, it will be lost. If you do not want to work the account, remove the number and possibly close the account. Keeping the number can be helpful. You can see what number you are not supposed to call... maybe get another number that is different from that..
