Create Mnemonic Names for Custom Menus

Do STRDFU on file SCMENUDT in SCDATA
Hit F10
These are the fields that need to be populated:
MDMNEMONIC: (mnemonic name - will be the menu name (AT TOP) and the option number)
MDMENUDES: (menu option - copy the menu option name (text only))
MDFUNCT: (command)

Here is an example using the LINKING PARAMETER OPTION:
MDMNEMONIC: SYSCON13  (SYSCON is the menu and 13 is the option number)
MDMENUDES: Account linking parameters (is the menu option name text) 
MDFUNCT: CALL USWA13CL (is the call command)

NOTE: STARTUP1 program in current library can be searched for program names (check fix library 1st)
