Post Dated Check, Direct Check (ACH), or Credit Card Information has been Deleted by the Nightly Processing

Post Dated Check,  Direct Check (ACH), or Credit Card  Information has been Deleted by the Nightly Processing:

Once an arrangement has been satisfied, RMEx will delete the Credit Card or Check information adding a note to let you know (i.e,  "D/Checks were deleted").

This is to insure that ongoing, unauthorized payments are NOT automatically processed, which could cause issues for your agency.

NOTE: After you have setup the arrangement, if NEW accounts are added to the linked group, that arrangement will still end and the information deleted. RMEx will not continue to take money from an account unless it is part of an agreement.

When does RMEx delete this information:

Every time a payment transaction or smart code is applied to an account(s), the system will delete the financial information during the nightly processing as long as all accounts in the linked group have been closed inactive or paid in full (closed active accounts are included for payment arrangements only).
