Routing User's Reports

• Reports selected by a user will normally be sent to the default printer through a printer output queue 
• If you have additional printers, you can set up a special output queue for a user, and associate that output queue with a different printer. This will make that user's output, print at a different printer 
• You can also set up a user for an output queue only and the user can control the printing of the reports
