Campaign Status Viewer - Agent Status

The agent status (through campaign status viewer) shows different colors for the columns presented.

The indicators are:

Averages - blue indicator

Time per hour - yellow indicator

Time in last state - green indicator (indicates last (or current) time spent in that state)

The summary values are calculated every time an agent state changes. Logged in time and call counts are always shown as a sums. The summary values for the other columns are calculated based on the selected display option.

Note: Time in last state is a new column that is available in dialer version 10.5 and greater.
