Quantrax Modem will not Connect

  • Go to the Quantrax remote support menu
  • Take the option to vary off the Quantrax line and controller
  • Take the option to vary on the Quantrax receiving line and controller

If this does not work:

  • Go to the Quantrax remote support menu
  • Take the option to vary off the Quantrax line and controller
  • Turn modem off and wait 1 minute
  • Turn modem back on
  • Take the option to vary on the Quantrax receiving line and controller
