The Smart Code was not Applied when the Payment Arrangement Broke

• The “smart code to apply if sent to collector” will be applied when the “grace period days before sending to a collector” time has expired. E.g. Grace period is 3 days. The smart code will apply 3 days after the payment arrangement breaks
