Credit Bureau File Names

This is controlled on the credit reporting parameters (system control menu 2 – credit reporting) by the field “create 1 file per credit reporting agency”

• If a "Y" is entered in this field, the system will create a separate file for each bureau with the following names in SCDATA. (last 2 digits "nn" of the file name represents the company code).

•  If you leave the field “blank”, the system will create only one combined file for all 4 bureaus with the following name in SCDATA. (last 2 digits “nn” of file name represents the company code).

Note: Leave the field “blank” when the identification number is the same for all 4 bureaus.
