ODBC Connection UserID

We recommend you have 1 UserID to control all the ODBC connections for Quantrax. To manage this UserID we recommend:

• Name the UserID - ODBC
• Set this UserID to - NOT allow a password change, NOT allow password to expire and to NOT time out

The following areas rely on ODBC connectivity. If you have a problem with your ODBC connectivity due to power outage, password change/expire or time out these areas will need to be checked:

• Real time authorization
• I-Tel dialer
• Paylogic
• Mobile suite
• Events
• GUI – description codes and notes
• Complaints module
• Holiday schedule
